- International College of Dentists - We have provided services to ICD for over 12 years. We continue to provide comprehensive electronic publishing support to this 8,000 member world-wide association. Also published the special brochure for special education credits for dentists throughout the country.
- Frederick County Association of Realtors® Newsletter - Write, edit, complete market analysis, and produce this special newsletter for over 1,000 realtors and affiliates in the county.
- Frederick County Commissioners Views on Growth - Special reviews for Frederick County Builders Association prepared by SMG. An interesting challenge and response by the FCC.
- FCBA Builder Bulletin - This includes some of the material you have seen in P+D News, however take a look at page 2; high end homes in Middletown and Urbana. Not a surprise to many of the homebuilders, but it represents an increasing number of new homes (> $1 million) built over the past five years outside of planned subdivisions and PUD/PNDs. - BRAC—Military Alliances—Federal/Private Growth - This started out as a review for FDA and then it expanded to something that might be of interest to some of our subscribers. It really tells a story about growth, much as the result of Maryland responses to BRAC (Base Realignment and Closure) legislation. It represents an introduction to the bases, military alliances, White Oak (FDA), Fort Detrick, Fort Ritchie (PenMar/COPT), and Letterkenny Army Depot. These are all within the ten counties we cover.
